The toolkit

The same tools, in a spreadsheet you keep.

Sold through Payhip, which handles checkout and the download. If a file doesn’t help you, ask for a refund within 14 days and you’ll get it.

Being straight with you

  • These are spreadsheets, not an app. They work in Excel 2010 or newer and in Google Sheets (free).
  • Ingredient prices in the example copy are placeholders. The results are only as good as the prices and hours you put in.
  • They don’t take payments, send reminders or run a storefront. If you need that, Hotplate or Bakesy do it for a monthly fee.
  • They were built, and the formulas checked, by an AI assistant. There’s more on the About page.
